Appropriate for the WORK@HOME employee concerned about a new workstation who is experiencing minimal discomfort.
GROUP@WORK, our most popular ergonomic consultation: Includes a Proactive Seminar and Quick Stop Analysis for groups of 5 or more. Provides a narrative to identify potential and current risk factors, utilizes our 3E’s and the Essential 4 assessment models. We produce qualified revisions for equipment, body mechanic postures and space design while adhering to OSHA’s guidelines for Administrative, Engineering, and Environmental ergonomic corrections Up to 20 minutes/per worker.
Appropriate for the employee (Onsite or Virtual) currently experiencing moderate discomfort or pain. Baseline evaluations are best for the new hire employee or the relocated employee. This concise report identifies all baseline measurements, symptom survey, photograph analysis (2-views) to identify potential and current risk factors, utilizes our 3E’s and the Essential 4 assessment models. Immediate corrections are made when feasible with documented revisions for equipment, body mechanic postures and space design while adhering to OSHA’s guidelines for Administrative, Engineering and Environmental ergonomic corrections. Appropriate for employee concerned about continued pain that is increasing and has not seen a physician. Onsite the ergonomist will take a symptom survey, modify equipment when feasible and educate the employee on rest and restoration alternatives. Observation and demonstration of the 3e’s Rule and Essential Four Analysis correcting body mechanic postures and space design issues while adhering to OSHA’s guidelines for Administrative, Engineering and Environmental ergonomic corrections. This comprehensive report identifies all the original, corrected and recommended measurements, includes 4+ employee photographs with analysis detailed ergonomic corrections and equipment procurement recommendations. Appropriate for the employee that has a referral from their physician, lawyer or need a fresh start with a return to work status including accommodations. This detailed hands-on consultation takes all the signs and symptoms into consideration referring all adjustments keeping ADA requirements in mind to make the necessary reasonable accommodations.
